Sequoia Tax Relief is seeking an Administrative Assistant that has experience in the tax resolution industry. The right candidate should be a reliable, highly organized and self-motivated individual. This position performs advanced clerical duties for our Enrolled Agents including communicating with clients in person and on the phone, performing administrative tasks, typing letters to clients, the IRS and state taxing authorities, and transcribing financial forms. We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills. We support our Assistants and cover all costs associated with becoming a licensed Enrolled Agent
*Prefer experience in the tax resolution industry
*Proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat required
*Must type at least 40 WPM
*Great telephone communication skills
*Experience with general office equipment
