Construction Service Technicians and Foreman, Windows- Siding- Doors (Lakewood)

We are looking for full-time construction services technicians to add to our team. This service technician would primarily work on simple home repairs and installations involving the exterior of the home. We promote within, so this position has room for growth both in pay and within the company.

Level 1-2
Wage is $13.50-$17 an hour depending on experience.
We will train for this position, previous experience in home repair is not required, but any construction experience is a plus. If you are an experienced window, door, siding, etc. installer we can offer pay commensurate with your experience.
We do ask that all candidates have some experience with customer service as well as basic construction knowledge, such as how to operate a drill, ladder, etc. The candidate must have no problems getting up and down on a ladder a multitude of times in a day.

Lead Service Tech
Wage is $22-$25 (or more depending on experience). Must have experience in siding, windows/doors, or glazing. Management experience is thoroughly preferred.
Candidates' duties will include lifting and moving some heavy construction materials, applicants must be comfortable lifting up to 80 lbs.

Scheduling subcontractors for work.
Gain approvals for projects from carriers/customers.

DUTIES

Take moisture readings, measurements, set up commercial drying equipment using company guidelines and monitoring daily
Remove damaged or wet building materials

Complete paperwork when a new water loss is reported
Supervise, train, and support other technicians
QUALIFICATIONS

Must have the ability to communicate with others in written and verbal form
Restoration experience preferred but not required
Must be familiar with and be able to operate a wide range of equipment common to construction demo
Must be able to work for extended periods of time in varying temperatures that has suffered fire, water and wind damage
Must be able to respond to service calls after-hours and during inclement weather
Requires a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record
IICRC certifications a BIG plus!!
