Bar/Floor Manager

 We are a neighborhood sports bar in Cap Hill looking for bar manager who can manage the floor as well.

Duties include:
Inventory
Ordering
Handling Reps
Training Bartenders
Creating a cocktail list
Maintaining budget and monitor cost
Making sure the liquor and beer room are stocked and well kept
Build clientele
Enforcing consistency and cleaning duties
Closing paperwork
