Business Operations Manager (Wheat Ridge)

Your role

Love people and processes? Financial planning and wealth management firm near Wheat Ridge is looking for a Business Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, processes, and systems.

You will be responsible to ensure all aspects of internal operations function efficiently to serve internal stakeholders, clients, and partners around the Colorado area. This role will work alongside the marketing team to organize seminars, office functions, and marketing strategy. You have an impressive ability to discover both internal and client-facing needs in order to recommend and implement solutions. Successful candidates are motivated self-starters with excellent collaboration and project management skills.

Your profile

Experience managing operational or administrative services required
Attention to detail – this a job for someone who sweats the small stuff
Comfort with technology – experience with Quickbooks, Microsoft Office Suite, and office hardware is preferred; however, the most important thing is that you're a fluent and fast learner of new tools
Project management and multitasking skills
Business and marketing acumen. This role will work alongside the marketing team to organize seminars, office functions, and marketing strategy.
What we can offer you

This is a full-time role with flexible hours. Salary range $40,000 to $50,000 commiserate with experience. We offer a competitive benefits package including health, dental, and employer 401K contribution.
