Position Summary:

The coordinator will work with carpenters, subcontractors, and construction supervisors to provide outstanding customer service. This position includes scheduling all employees and subcontractors for daily work and any after-hours calls, notifying the client of work that needs to be performed the day before, setting up the job & maintaining job information in our software program on a daily basis.

Candidate must be able to converse with insurance adjusters, property owners and internal staff. This position will require some overtime and being on call after hours for one week per month.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

Intake new losses via phone, email, and fax.
Update internal software for job status, details and notes of communication from insurance and customer
Manage Carpenter daily scheduling.
Verify field paperwork is up to date before technicians leave job-site.
Present all active projects at department meetings.
Update Dropbox daily with status updates, files, and move for finalized billing.
Scheduling subcontractors for work.
Gain approvals for projects from carriers/customers.
Other duties assigned by manager

DUTIES

Identify the source of the problem and scope of the water damage
Perform water extraction and pack-out of contents
Remove and dispose of any non-salvageable flooring that was affected by the water loss
Water extraction and mold remediation
Set up and maintain containment areas
Take moisture readings, measurements, set up commercial drying equipment using company guidelines and monitoring daily
Remove damaged or wet building materials
Perform hard surface cleaning
Complete paperwork when a new water loss is reported
Supervise, train, and support other technicians
QUALIFICATIONS

Must have the ability to communicate with others in written and verbal form
Restoration experience preferred but not required
Must be familiar with and be able to operate a wide range of equipment common to construction demo
Must be able to work for extended periods of time in varying temperatures that has suffered fire, water and wind damage
Must be able to respond to service calls after-hours and during inclement weather

    Class A CDL Driver (Englewood, CO)

    Bailey's Moving & Storage is looking for experienced CDL drivers.

    Must be at least 21 years old, a minimum of two years driving experience, a Class A CDL, the physical stamina to perform the duties of this job, and can pass the Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.

    Bonus - $500 after the first 30 days of employment and $500 additional after 90 days of employment

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    Transports goods from one location to another
    Follows all safety policies and procedures
    Obeys posted speed limits at all times and all other rules of the road
    Load and unload product from the vehicle and verify contents against shipping invoices or inventories
    Maintains cleanliness of vehicles and ensures proper working condition
    Completes any reports or logs

    QUALIFICATIONS
    Must be at least 21 years old
    Two years driving experience required
    Able to pass the DOT physical examination
    Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
    Class A CDL license
    Able to lift 100+ pounds
    Clean Driving Record
