THE POSITION

The HVAC Technician is responsible for the maintenance of all interior and exterior property, including building structures, systems and equipment. They will perform a wide variety of skilled building maintenance and repair tasks and related duties as required.

NIGHT SHIFT: $16.00/HOUR MONDAY - FRIDAY 12:30PM TO 9:00PM
TEMPORARY/SEASONAL FOR 2 TO 4 WEEKS
POSSIBILITY OF LONG TERM EMPLOYMENT

Aability to work quickly and independently
Previous work experience not required, will train the right individuals.

 Busy Arvada Granite/Marble/Quartz Fabrication Company looking for a Well Experienced, Qualified
Project Manager, Shop Foreman, Bridge Saw Operator, Fabricators and Polishers with the following skills:

Project Manager: Must have Managerial Experience leading a shop in scheduling, production and installation of custom granite.
Must know how to template Residential and Commercial Jobs to include Miters.
Must know how to read and understand Blueprints.
Must have Proven Granite Installation Experience.
Must Be Able To:
• Represent the company in a positive and professional manner with respect to clients, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, employees and the community we serve. Write and communicate effectively including email and texting. Be knowledgeable of tools, materials and methods involved in residential and commercial installations. Have ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications. Have strong computer skills and moderate level of experience with MS Office or Google Docs and the Internet.
Experience:
• 3-5 years as a project manager with Demonstrated leadership skills
Skills:
• Excellent time management skills. Excellent problem solving skills. Strong computer skills.

Granite Shop Foreman: Must have proven Management skills to lead crews from saw to installation of custom fabrication. Must be able to fabricate, manage shop, employees, hours and purchasing.
We are looking for candidates who want to be a part of a mentoring team and growing company.
Job duties include: preparing paperwork for fabrication, fabrication of stone, scheduling production, ordering shop supplies, problem solving and mentoring employees.

Bridge Saw Operator: Must have proven Bridge Saw Experience. Must be able to accurately cut per drawings and templates. Must take pride in your work!
Maestro Serruchero: Debe de tener previa experiencia trabajando como serruchero, tener la capacidad de hacer cortes precisos para dibujos y plantillas.

Fabricator's and Polishers: Proven experience as a Granite Fabricator and polisher. Must be able to fabricate per templates and drawings to include setbacks, sink cut outs with in limited time frame, must be familiar with multiple edge profiles. Time management skills.
Fabricadores y Pulidores: Tener y comprobar experiencia como Fabricadores y Pulidores de granito. Tener la habilidad de entender, comprender y fabricar acorde a planos en tiempo definido.
