We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly enthusiastic, determined and well-spoken sales professional to join our restaurant team. As a Sales & Catering Manager, you will be responsible for developing new accounts, maintaining existing accounts, implementing sales and marketing strategies to maximize profits of the restaurants, while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Actively pursue new clients through creative/innovative sales techniques and aggressive prospecting.
Drive strategies to develop long-term business relationships and repeat business.
Consistently identify new business by initiating new sales calls, outside sales visits and attending local networking events.
Respond to all customer inquiries the same day.
Work with Operations in providing a customer experience that exceeds the customers' expectations.
Maintain a refreshing attitude focused on positive friendly interactions with clients and staff.
Develop and maintain strong interdepartmental relationships and open communication lines to assure efficient transfer of information.
Manage and coordinate all catering deliveries.
All other duties assigned.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Originate new sales and catering campaigns.
Create new ways of presenting information that will attract new client attention.
Maintain a positive attitude while remaining goal orientated.
Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Computer and systems savvy.
SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Must be detail oriented with outstanding organizational skills.
Ability to effectively deal with internal and external clients some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy and collect accurate information to resolve conflicts.
High school or equivalent education required. Bachelors Degree and/or equivalent level of education preferred.
Sales and/or Catering experience in the food service industry.
