Sales Associate:



• Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans and accessories in a fast-paced environment
• Greet customers & deliver outstanding service striving to retain and gain customers
• Participate in outside sales events or promotions
• Work flexible hours, weekends and holidays
• Perform daily opening and closing procedures, maintain store appearance, and help create a positive working environment. Sales Advocates are paid a competitive hourly rate and can earn additional monthly commission dollars by meeting and/or exceeding sales objectives!



Minimum Requirements:



*Reliable Transportation
*Bilingual: English/Spanish preferred
*Weekend availability
*Enthusiastic
*Quick learner



Job Types: Full-time, Part-time



Pay: Starting at $18/hour including incentives



Benefits: Tuition reimbursement (if qualified)
Experience: Customer Service of 1 year (Preferred)
Language: English and Spanish (Preferred)
Work authorization: United States (Required)
Additional Compensation: Bonuses and Commissions
Pay frequency: Semi-Monthly
Paid Training: Yes – Based on Completion



Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends required

Manager:



Manage day-to-day store operations, including:
• Targeted sales achievement Merchandising/promotional activities
• Customer service and retention, Audits, Employee training, Inventory management, Cash handling,
reconciliations and deposits
• Customer satisfaction measured by surveys, Store safety and security
• Ensure attainment of sales and revenue goals
