***Facility Maintenance Tech*** (SE DENVER/DTC)

Property Management Company is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to join our established and dynamic commercial maintenance service team.

The Facility Maintenance Tech position will be directly responsible for:

- Minor plumbing repairs
- Assist Management with Vendor activity.
- Minor electrical repairs as required
- General maintenance and upkeep of property
- Fire System operation
- Monitoring and repairs to lamps and ballasts as needed
-Furniture System adjustments
-Some minor drywall, painting and general upkeep of common areas


Qualifications:
- 2+ years of property maintenance
- Awesome Customer Service Skills

Tools and vehicle provided for mobile techs traveling to and from properties. Very competitive compensation and company benefits package.
