General Office Administrator (Denver)

Our small business of General Contractors is looking for an Office Administrator to run and keep our office organized:
Part-time hours: M 8-12, T 8-12, W 8-12, Th 8-12, F 8-12, (sometimes Sat 10-2)

-Has a laptop
-Has a cell phone
-Has means of transportation
-Comfortable with starting out as a 1099
-Able to work on Saturdays
-Extremely comfortable with computers/computer programs: Gsuite, Excel, Word, and Adobe (PDFs)
-Proficient writing skills in the english language: copy writing, editing, and creation of legal contracts
(bilingual is a plus)
-Self starter (there won't always be spoon fed assignments or direction, we are looking for a candidate who knows how to keep busy in tasks to help the company grow and stay organized)
-Basic knowledge of IT solutions/able to troubleshoot technical issues independently
-Basic research skills
-Customer service abilities

-Create/maintain contract templates
-Proforma Excel template sheet creation
-Maintain and organize company's Gsuite folders, documents, and calendar
-Copy write legal documents when needed
-Manage office maintenance
-Deal directly with landlord and other tenants
-Supply orders
-Office expense reports
-Manage phone sales
-Answer phones
-Keep receipts organized and work closely with remote accountant on project expenses
-Payroll: invoices, pay schedule, write checks
-Maintain 1099 tax info for subs to send to accountant at the end of each year
-Able to create and execute new systems and procedures for office as we grow
-Train new office staff on company policy and procedure
-Coordinate new leads and customers
