 Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative
BHD Test and Measurement strives to provide the most practical, reliable and cost-effective solutions for our customer's business or project needs. We aim for the best customer service, quick turn around and flawless work. BHD's calibration lab offers service on temperature, electrical, pressure, torque and high voltage. We also have a large rental inventory of electrical and instrumentation equipment and offer sales of test products such as Fluke, Megger and Ralston.

Position is full-time at our Broomfield CO. location. Hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday. We offer competitive salaries and benefits.

Responsibilities:
-Take inbound phone calls
-Facilitate sales of all products and services according to the client's needs
-Analyze the client's requirements and recommend products, plans or services that will match their needs
-Obtain price quotes and purchase stock from vendors
-Receiving inventory and inputting serial numbers into system
-Coordinate clients' invoicing and shipping needs
-Provide assistance and support for customers regarding technical specifications of products; trouble shooting as needed
-Prepare quotations and invoices for sales, rentals and calibrations
-Assist outside sales with preparing quotes, tracking down pricing or equipment, and facilitating orders smoothly on the inside
-Maintain various records and files including rental contracts, price catalogs, customer lists, product and customer discounts
-Keep track of rental contracts and periodic billing
-Order picking and shipping duties
-Various administrative and clerical tasks, as required


Requirements:
-Two or more years in customer service, inside sales and/or warehouse services in a position with increased responsibility;
-Demonstrate knowledge of electrical and instrumentation equipment and the ability to understand the scope of services including pricing, supply, and contract terms;
-Demonstrate competence in the use of computers and software applications
- Possess a valid Driver's license
