Wanting to fill a full time position! We are a local growing roofing/construction company looking for a office assistant to help with the day to day general duties. Primary focus for the assistant position is to assist the office manager in maintaining a streamlined work environment. Duties include but are not limited to: File creation, answering phones, insurance expediting, billing, faxing, mailing, data entry, etc. . . 

This is an extremely fast paced industry. The ability to be a quick thinker and critical problem solver is a must. Candidates for consideration will be quick learners, detailed oriented and very organized. We pride ourselves on customer service so resolving issues quickly and prioritizing is another essential quality. Roof knowledge and Xactimate training is a plus!!!
