American Remodeling, Inc a family owned and operated business. We've enjoyed the rapid growth since its inception in 1997, when our president saw an opportunity to start something different. Performs a variety of secretarial and administrative duties for assigned supervisor & manager or senior staff member. Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining alphabetical files; contacting customers by email & telephone. Uses personal computers and standard desktop software to compose reports & correspondence; creates drafts and finished documents for customer communication; answers questions relating to progress of the job. May provide guidance and direction, as needed, to incoming calls from customers regarding jobs status & warranty.
Advance-level proficiency of Microsoft products including Outlook, Excel, and Word. Utilizes outstanding organizational and customer service skills. Pulls reports using software products for functional area. Provides back-up support to other departments as needed.
The ideal candidate has previous admin experience and/or executive administrative experience. Main responsibilities include (but not limited to) greeting walk-in customers, answering phones & disbatching call, sending emails & calling customers, creating a repour with customers, updating sales numbers, creating job folders, working with Sales people & installers. Support for the entire office staff.
