Resort Work for couple or individual (Big Sur CA)

We realize making a move to a remote working environment is costly and so we are offering a $500 sign on bonus after completing your first six weeks of successful employment with agreement to complete season through Dec 20, 2022

Remote, coastal eco resort. Resort work includes laundry, dishes, breakfast barrista, housekeeping, - very task oriented, repetitive but well outlined work each day . Must be willing to multi task and open to cross trainings

Must enjoy outdoor actives, thrive in a remote and isolated place. Someone who is an introvert but can be extroverted on the job somewhat.

Start Date: approx Feb 9, 2022. Send brief letter of intro, resume and current photo is helpful to meet you initially

BIG SUR - where the mountains meet the sea, the sun shines most of the year. Very remote but beautiful.

START DATE: Interviewing now.

Knowledge of basic household repairs, mechanics, golf carts, appliances helpful.
Must be willing to:
work outdoors in all types of weather and inside units that can get hot and steamy in hot weather
Stand on concrete kitchen floor for 5-6 hour shifts when assisting in Dish Area or Laundry.
Lift up to 25 lb, using proper bending and lifting techniques
Lift & carry vacuums, trash cans propane tanks, brooms, ladders, bags of linen, caddies of supplies.
College/University training favorably regarded.
BRING your eco ideas! we are always looking for ways to grow in sustainability.
Schedule is 4-5 days a week.
Shifts 5-8 hours per day
** Must have reliable transportation.

Housing: We offer onsite mini apt/tiny house.
No cell phone service, Some wifi
NO pets, sorry! Do not apply if you own a dog or cat. No exceptions can be made, regardless of size
No Children, Housing is not able to accommodate children.
