All duties are typical of a Sous Chef position - ensuring that food that is produced is top quality, ensuring the kitchen is clean and closed properly, ensuring food is put away and stored properly. Leadership in the kitchen is a must and we believe in leading by example.
We work hard but also know how to laugh and have a good time. We are a team and we work together to get the job done. We support each other through the busy times. We understand the restaurant industry is a changing industry and we are looking for a leader to help direct our restaurant to be better every day.
Please, only hard working, driven individuals who know how to line cook need apply. This is primarily a evening position, but occasional mornings do happen. We try and keep our work weeks to 40 hours a week - though occasionally OT does happen. We are open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner 7 days a week.
