TOWER TECHS I, II, & III NEEDED (Denver metro)

 Position Summary:

We are currently looking for Tower Technicians I, II, and III. Candidates must have valid Driver's License, be able to pass drug screening, and be willing to travel if needed.

Tower Technician III (Right Hand) Wanted
Job Responsibilities:

-Good work ethic and attitude
- Reports directly to the foreman
- Assist and coordinate the work of a crew
- Can perform all the duties of Technician I & II with ease
- Can operate sweep gear test equipment and troubleshoot, download, and label
- Coordinates with Sub-Contractors
- Can maintain rapport and interface with clients
- Can read and understand construction drawings
- Assistant Safety Coordinator
- Has knowledge of all tasks involved with a project
- Owns his hand tools for the trade
- Responsible for company assets, i.e. vehicles, tools, computers, trailers, cameras
- Assists in scheduling and managing rental equipment to include calling off equipment
- Problem solver
- Can take instruction from Foreman and implement directions as needed
- Able to lead by example

Tower Technician II Wanted
Job Responsibilities:

-Good work ethic and attitude
- Reports directly to the foreman
- Able to follow directions
- Can perform all the duties of Tech 1 with ease
- Proficient on the installation of connectors, ground kits, and hoisting grips
- Able to rig towers, monopoles, and rooftops for construction purposes
- Qualified in the operations and safety of man-lifts
- Knowledge in Tower Climbing Safety and Rescue
- Has some knowledge of construction drawings
- Aware of hazards pertaining to wireless construction
- Has knowledge of all tasks involved with project
- Owns his hand tools of trade
- Has understanding of OSHA rules and regulations of this career field

Tower Tech I Wanted
Job Responsibilities:

-Good work ethic and attitude
- Reports directly to the foreman
- Has the ability to follow directions efficiently
- Not afraid of heights
- Has reliable transportation to and from shop
- Owns work boots
- Strong worker with common sense
- Understand what level, plumb, and square means
- Learn how to tie a Clove Hitch and Bowline.
- Learn about safety PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Able to work 10+ hrs a day
- Maintains professional behavior/conduct
