welder/fitter shop and field (Morrison / Conifer)

Experienced welder, 5+ years fitter shop and field (Morrison / Conifer)
Must be proficient in (Stick, Duel Shield, Flux core and Hard wire MIG)
I need people with good driving records, and reliable transportation to work with a growing steel shop in the Conifer / Morrison S285 corridor.
A drug, and alcohol free environment.

Duties include but not limited to:
Work as a welder / fitter for miscellaneous steel fabrication projects. Be able to work independently and run 2-5 man crews for installs of structural steel, rails, and stairs.
Drive company welding rig to and from job site (a good driving record is a must)
Operate general metal shop machinery and equipment
Work as a team with others
Must be highly self motivated and dependable
Work outside in the elements, hot / cold weather
Be able and willing to lift heavy objects in excess of a 100lbs if needed (No back problems)
Come to work on time with all PPE, ( welding hood, misc fit up tools, work gloves, and dressed appropriately)
Field installations / Iron Work experience required, about 50/50 shop and field
Must be able to perform unsupervised and be able to fabricate from shop and erection drawings
You must be a true craftsman to apply
A strong back and a good energetic attitude required and will go a long way
Welding and fabrication experience of stairs rails and structural steel is a must.
I am seeking full or part time help with a minimum of 5+ years of experience
Full time help can enjoy good pay weekly, directly deposited into your account, paid holidays, paid vacation, two week summer break, Christmas bonus, 8AM to 3:30 pm work days 5 days a week with overtime after 40 hrs.
