Responsibilities of the Accounting/Administrative Assistant job in Tempe:
• Greet customers, handle incoming mail, and order all office supplies
• Provide customer service over the phone to both customers and vendors
• In charge of full cycle accounts payable duties
• Enter orders, create customer invoices, and handle light collection duties

Qualifications:
• At least one year of accounting experience
• At least 6 months of administrative or clerical experience
