Distinguished Commercial Construction Owner's Representation Organization seeking friendly, ambitious, and technology minded individual for a full-time Administrative Assistant job opportunity in Centennial Colorado. The Administrative Assistant reviews, interprets, and processes the
terms and conditions of projects along with providing full administration support to the team. This Construction Administrative Assistant position is paying $12.00 - $15.00 depending on experience.

Job Brief
We are looking for a competent Administrative Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the teams working life and communication.

The Construction Administrative Assistant Job Duties and Responsibilities include:
• Process project proposals, RFP requirements, contracts, and make necessary changes and updates
• Coordinates meetings including preparing meeting materials, coordinating catering, and sending meeting appointments via Outlook and phone as appropriate
• Review and prioritize incoming requests from guests and employees
• Assist with billing and AR responsibilities
• Scans and files documents in electronic filing system. Keeps system current and organized
• Updates internal website, data bases, phone system and social media requirements
• Handle requests and queries appropriately
• Maintain calendar, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
• Meeting Minutes and Agendas
• Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
• Produce reports, presentations and briefs
• Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system

• Proven experience as administrative assistant or in other secretarial position
• Exemplary planning and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• High level verbal and written communications skills
• Discretion and confidentiality
• References

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role in a construction environment
• Experience in a professional services firm preferred
• Project coordination experience preferred
• Comfortable with technology and learning new software
• Proficient to advanced knowledge with Microsoft Project and Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent written (typing) and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with teams -virtually
• Flexibility with overtime to meet deadlines
