Blue Sage Property Management is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to staff in office and to our remote staff for our busy summer months.



Your responsibilities lie in answering and directing phone calls, maintaining tenant and owner files, processing incoming rents, attending staff meetings, and other projects you may find of interest. This is a highly regulated business so good record keeping and maintaining consistent policies are key.

Specific duties:
Opening and closing the office
Answering phones
Mail / email
Keys and lockboxes
New client processing
Receiving and posting rents
Entering bills and invoices
Keeping vendor information up to date
Organizing - items and activities
Getting office machines serviced, as needed
Other duties, upon request



Hours:
20-40 hours a week, consistent hours between 9am to 5pm.



Experience:
1 year of office experience



Education:
High school/GED



What we are looking for:
Eager to learn
Excellent computer / internet skills
Excellent English skills, written and verbal
