Our line cooks are the ones who make things happen. From preparing all of the amazing ingredients that go into our food to monitoring our massive pizza ovens to ensure everything is timed just right, this role has it all. Previous experience is helpful but not required and a lot of the time we promote to this role from within. Making fresh pizza by hand from scratch every day is no easy task and as a line cook you are the one who gets it done. Check out our requirements below.

Our Pizza Makers are the heart and soul of our kitchens. Prior experience is beneficial and knowing your way around a commercial kitchen is a must. If you have never thrown a pizza dough by hand (no rollers here) then you are just a beginner in our kitchens. Our Pizza Makers are typically promoted from within but we know we're not the only game in town, so if you come from a long, proud line of people that are skilled in the art of throwing dough, then we want to meet you!


• One year experience in a pizzeria environment or equivalent kitchen experience REQUIRED
• Have an eye for detail and a passion for making great pizzas 100% of the time
• Keep a sense of urgency and the ability to keep pace with a busy restaurant
• Know how to prioritize and maintain a positive attitude
• Understand and practice safe food handling, food storage and sanitation
