An Assistant General Manager helps lead a team of employees in providing world class customer service. They provide leadership and a positive personality and must have a strong work ethic. Full-time position available.

Responsibilities for the Assistant General Manager include:

• Hiring
• Supervising
• Training & motivating Sales Associates
• Answering phone inquiries
• Computer work
• Selling Guest service packages

Compensation and Benefits…At Massage Envy you'll enjoy:

• Generous base pay structure and performance bonuses. Orientation and in-house training. Discounts on massage, facials and retail for employees. We also provide opportunities for advancement to General Manager level positions for great performers. Full time positions earn $13-$15 per hour including bonus (approximately $27,000 - $33,000 annually). Massage Envy is open 8 AM to 10 PM every day. Availability to work nights and weekends is required.
