The USPS OIG is seeking highly qualified applicant(s) to fill our Audit Director/Audit Evaluator Director position(s) in multiple OIG functional areas, including Audit Operations, Finance, Supply Management and Facilities, Network Processing, Transportation, Delivery, Human Resources and Support, Retail, Marketing and International, Marketing Initiatives, Cost, Pricing and Investments, and Information Technology. The OIG conducts performance audits and reviews of multiple Postal Service functional areas. The successful candidate must be highly motivated and demonstrate experience in planning and performing complex audits and reviews.

Candidates will be evaluated on the skills that they possess that are directly related to the duties of the position and/or the experience, education and training that indicate the applicant's ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position. The USPS OIG uses a Pay Banding system, which is equivalent to the Federal GS scale. Grade and salary determinations will be made based upon a candidate's education and professional experience.

This position is being advertised at the Director Band level, equivalent to a GS-15. The salary range for this position is $128,082 - $160,300 for the Arlington, VA and Bethesda locations; and $126,183 - $160,300 for the Denver, CO location. The salary figures include locality pay.
