Job Description: The CRM is the single point of contact between the business unit and CRE. CRM serves as a strategic consultant to the business, coordinating all real estate related servicesto the BU. Provides proactive solutions aligned with the business strategy through collaboration, influence and industry expertise. Translates business strategy into real estate solutions and provides guidance and consultation to the delivery organization.
•Trusted advisor to key business leaders with respect to real estate strategy and services
•Define/validate business requirements to inform real estate and location strategy - challenge projects that do not add value
•Drive development of business cases and scenario modeling to facilitate enterprise-level decision making for expansion (growth) and contraction (exit/downsize) strategies
•Influence decision makers and lead change enabling alignment with enterprise goals
•Coordinate with CRE functions to prioritize to capital investments, develop workplace strategies and optimize real estate portfolio in alignment with BU strategies
•Advocate for key real estate initiatives and policies
•Achieve measurable improvements in quality, cost-reduction and client satisfaction
