The customer service representative (Client Services) in conjunction with the rest of the team plays a key role in delivering an exceptional professional and friendly service to all customers and prospective clients. This position is the first point of contact for new and existing customers and prospective clients therefore providing an exceptional impression and service is a must. We are looking to add few talented people to our organization as client service reps due to business growth.

Position Responsibilities:

* Communicate with customers via phone, email and text.
* Process customer requests and orders in a fast-paced environment.
* Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
* Help customers navigate our programs and place orders both over the phone and in person.
* Work with customers to resolve issues and answer questions.
* Problem solve under pressure.


* Able to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision.
* Must be responsive and able to work in fast paced environment when required.
* Detail-oriented and have the ability to follow up on tasks.
* Work effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
* Capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing time efficiently.
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Some college or degree or business background preferred.
* 2+ years customer service experience preferred.
* Good problem solving and ability to think fast.
