Compensation Analyst

As the Compensation Analyst you will be an integral part of the Human Resources Team. This position reports to the Director of Compensation and Benefits.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for supporting the HR team with day-to-day compensation topics and seasonal projects, identifying issues, innovation opportunities, and process improvement.

Analyze pay data and develop salary structures for North American markets.

Recommend job matches and salaries for new hire offers and increases.

Budget setting and cost modeling for annual merit increases.

Prepare and test a customized system for annual salary planning process.

Calculate payout of salary increases and annual bonuses.

Analyze and report annual performance review data.

Educate management and employees on compensation philosophy.

Support ad hoc projects as needed.

Collaborate with regional and corporate HR, Payroll, executives/management, and cross functional teams.
