Job Description:
RTD's Web team seeks a Digital Communications Specialist to add his or her digital skills to our in-house Digital Team in the Communications Department.

You'll work with RTD clients and departments, as well as marketing to develop, traffic, and deliver effective programs for the web, social media, email, and other related electronic outlets.

Who's our ideal candidate? Someone who's both creative and technical, who can develop inspired content one minute and specify functional web requirements or maintain our website the next. Someone who knows social media inside and out, who communicates easily, and who knows just enough code to be dangerous.

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
Minimum 3 years experience as a web content/social media coordinator in a fast-paced agency or in-house creative setting
Minimum 3 years applied web and social media experience including writing, editing and proofing
Minimum 3 years experience in client relations/customer service position
Experience in marketing/advertising concepts, strategies, and multimedia marketing communications media
Proficient in HTML, CSS, web analytics, and content management systems
