High school diploma
Excellent phone etiquette, verbal and written communication skills
Excellent character and job references
Computer skills (Internet navigation, Google Maps, and Typing Skills)
Must have be able to work Tuesday through Saturday with flexibility with possible overtime if needed.
Can start ASAP!
Minimum of 2 years office/dispatch experience -Preferred
-Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Dispatch Techs to jobsites with correct information
- Be able to multitask and have strong attention to detail
- Be extremely organized
- Possess knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Be able to work well under pressure
- Be dependable, responsible and punctual.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Schedule appointments with customers for service
- Act as the point of contact for customers to fulfill their requirements and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Any other tasks assigned by the company
