Job Description:

Entry level healthcare admin support role for a hearing implant organization. Responsible for processing mail daily which will include sorting, scanning and uploading documents to accounts/orders and then filing the mail in file drawers. Will be working with faxed/emailed CMNs (Certificate of Medical Necessity). Will handle these responsibilities until they are provided formal training, and then the job tasks, duties and responsibilities will expand in the department.

Work Environment:

  • Office environment
  • Must be able to work between 7 AM and 6 PM (will most likely work 8/8:30 AM to 4/4:30 PM with a 30 minute lunch)
  • If necessary, they can work 5 hours of overtime a week
