– our U.S. division’s headquarters are based in Houston which opened in August 2012. We are looking to continue our aggressive growth over the next 12 months growing our existing offices (Houston, Denver, Orlando, Calgary and San Diego) from 100 people to 210.


We were founded in January 2010, by David Spencer-Percival, the entrepreneur who sold Huntress Search to Nomura Private Equity 7 years after starting the company; and Sir Peter Ogden, the former Morgan Stanley investment banker who has founded both Computacenter, Europe’s leading I.T. services company with $4 billion revenues and Dealogic, the financial services company.

The Opportunity

As an Energy Recruiter with Spencer Ogden, you will be expected to win new clients through sales calls, business pitches, and networking, as well as headhunting the best candidates in the market. You will be responsible for negotiating fees with clients and closing your own deals. This is an entrepreneurial role which gives you full operational responsibility for your own desk and clients.

You will have the chance to advance your career based upon your own hard work and achievements and will see the rewards in both promotions and increased pay checks.

This opportunity is for our Houston office.

Compensation: Competitive base salary + commission structure (first year expected earning $60,000)
