Position:
Screamworks Entertainment/Thirteenth Floor Entertainment Group is seeking an individual to join our team as an Executive/Personal Assistant in support

of one of the Managing Partners.

Job Summary:
This position will perform a variety of administrative duties while providing personal assistance in a fast paced office environment. The position will be headquartered in Denver, CO.

Responsibilities:
Include but are not limited to:
Provide administrative support including correspondence, calendar coordination and maintaining filing systems physical and digital.

Receive and screen incoming emails and calls.

Review and sort mail and packages sensitive to signatures & deadlines.

Schedule personal and professional appointments.

Coordinate travel arrangements including hotel, rental car, flights, etc.

Arrange and order in house lunches when necessary

Order products and inventory

Assist with the preparation of meeting agendas, travel and logistical planning as well key point person for all company events.

Co-manage special events, including annual parties and personal family special occasions.

Process all invoices and expense reports.

Local running of light errands including, shopping for office supplies, deliveries, FedEx shipping.

Assist in the process of preparing reports, distribution of agendas and minutes.

Organize conference calls and webinars.

Work closely with all the departments to achieve greater operational efficiency and to facilitate effective communication.

Liaison with all employees from field level to senior management and exterior vendors.

Assist in organizing corporate meetings and events, from one on one meetings to large company-sponsored events.

Order and coordinate logistical items needed for events.

Order and coordinate retail/merchandise inventory for events, and analyze historical sales data to forecast for annual orders. Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 3 years’ experience in office environment with significant administrative support experience.
A high level of professionalism with ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong attention to detail, organization and written and verbal communication skills.
High level of organizational and time management skills.
Ability to be proactive, work on own initiative and multi-task under pressure.
Flexibility in juggling competing priorities and changing expectations
Proficient using standard office software such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Gmail, Evernote.
Strong efficiency in technology, Apple products, innovative Apps, etc.
Must demonstrate outstanding stewardship and relationship building/management skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills including a professional and diplomatic demeanor.
Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, listening, and presentation.
Ability to be intuitive and anticipate needs in advance.
Must demonstrate outstanding judgment and mature business skills with the ability to establish a strong rapport.
