The Facility Controller, working under the direction of the Area Controller, will have the responsibility of managing the accounting function at the facilities for which they are responsible, including, but not limited to, the preparation of financial statements, preparing financial analysis, maintaining and implementing internal controls.
Position Responsibilities:
Compile and analyze financial information to complete the monthly accounting close activities for multiple facilities.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies, procedures and internal controls.
Reconcile balance sheet accounts to supporting documentation, investigate and resolve reconciling items timely
Support Facility Management by providing necessary reports and financial information.
Ensure Sarbanes Oxley compliance.
Engage with facility operations to develop monthly forecasts and annual budget.
Prepare client invoices [service fee facilities].
Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.

Key Requirements:

CPA preferred

Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
