Construction background required, prefer paving or heavy/highway construction experience. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.

Job Description:

Safely operate equipment (Excavator, Dozer, Loader, Blade/Grader, and GPS) while working around ground crews. Knowledge of field application for road building and site work a plus. Must be able to monitor equipment operation and identify malfunctions. Clean, store, and maintain equipment. Lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to follow directions of supervisors on daily tasks and expectations for each specific project or job site.

Desire and willingness to perform work outside the hired job title is desirable. Operators with CDL's are preferred but not required. Advancement opportunities are available for motivated individuals who want to become foremen, superintendents, etc...
