Provide technical support for Windows XP and Windows 7 migration currently underway.
Support MS Office Suite.
Configure and load software on a PC, troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware
Troubleshoot and resolve desktop and workgroup printer issues (Xerox printers)
Provide support for basic networking issues such as connectivity problems.
Experience with any ticketing system.
Experience providing phone support, deskside support and remote support.
