The Isle Casino Hotel & Lady Luck Casino in Black Hawk, CO are seeking a Hotel Yield Manager.
The Yield Manager will develop, analyze, prepare and communicate various reports formanagement review on all financial aspects of Hotel Operations as they relate to yielding, revenue generation, and budgeting. The Yield Manager is also responsible for development and implementation of effective strategies to maximize total hotel revenue and be responsible for the setup, ongoing maintenance and utilization of the automated revenue management system (such as the Rainmaker system). The Yield Manager will also conduct research and analysis of Marketing offers for profitability and effectiveness and make recommendations for future Marketing programming.
Manages, formulates, prepares and communicates yield management data for senior management on a daily basis, offering recommendations for revenue maximization when feasible.
Manages the Automated Revenue Management System from configuration of historical data to ongoing daily implementation of rate strategies, analysis of reports, recommendations for continued revenue generation and efficiencies.
Prepares and conducts regular Hotel Yield meetings held with Marketing leadership and Hotel leadership.This meeting will focus on forecasting and optimizing opportunities to profitably maximize revenue opportunities.
Provides input and executes strategic plan for the hotel, consistent with the strategic vision of the property and corporate.
Provides input and direction in the development and monitoring of fiscal budgets, division operations and marketing strategies to produce both short term and long-term profitable hotel revenue.
Investigates and identifies new distribution channel opportunities.
Review and recommend marketing promotional opportunities, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships with the Marketing Department within Property and/or Corporate.
Continuously investigates new profit and growth opportunities for the property.
Consolidates, simplifies and creates new and existing reports for data analysis. Ensures timely preparation of various monthly, quarterly and annual reports in accordance with established practices and procedures, distributing reports to management as appropriate.
Participates in the development of marketing strategies to increase volume, market share, and revenue, recommending modifications to marketing strategies accordingly.
Manages the preparation of statistical projects, operating, capital budgets and statistical/analytical data in a timely and efficient manner, as requested by management.
Reviews demographic data of customer base pertaining to marketing strategy.
