Air Force Filter is a well established company, doing business for over 16 years and is the chief supplier of filter products in the Rocky Mountain region. We stock between

100,000 to 150,000 filters in our 12,000 square foot warehouse and can construct any sized custom filter through our in-house fabrication department. We also provide a wide variety of property maintenance products for commercial and industrial properties. Inside Sales Representative Position Summary:
Air Force Filter is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to capitalize on business opportunities and promote relationships with current customers. This position is responsible for the account management of our clients and obtaining new business. This is a customer service and sales oriented position that directly provides our customers with product and assists them with inquiries. This position works with customers to solve problems, promote business and sales opportunities, enhance the customer service experience and generate future business opportunities.

Essential Functions:
* Represents Air Force Filter in a positive and professional manner.
* Oversees and manages customer accounts, services and requests.
* Receives and addresses incoming calls from customers and potential clients.
* Develops and provides product and service quotes and closes on sales opportunities.
* Builds and strengthens customer relationships and promotes business efficiencies and product knowledge with customers.
* Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in making the best choice based on their needs.
* Contacts or visits clients to ensure customer satisfaction, product knowledge, provide information, services and promote professional business relationships.
* Prepares and provides proposals to potential customers, prospects and existing clients.
* Researches and purchases stock and non-stock inventory products including the coordination of delivery, receipt, return and payables of products.
* Coordinates the processing, routing, shipping and invoicing of orders.
* Manages vendors and purchase orders.
* Keeps accurate and up-to-date records of customer orders and information. Coordinates follow ups with customer to provide product and services in a timely manner for future orders through long term relationships.
* Efficiently facilitates workflow through the company to promote positive business operations.
* Performs reporting functions on a timely basis.
* Manages sales projects including projections and forecasting.
* Develops sales goals, objectives and tactics. Aims at meeting these goals, increasing business profit and profit margins and strengthening customer service standards.
* Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities,
advertising and promotional trends and provides recommendations to keep the business ahead in both product and services.
* Completes sales administration duties accurately and in a timely manner.
* Manages special orders including pricing and availability.

Required Skills and Traits
* Must have strong customer service and problem resolution skills.
* Must be able to work in a face-paced high volume environment.
* Must be able to retain, develop and promote business opportunities and relationships.
* Must have strong financial skills including pricing and project management skills.
* Must be able to multitask.
* Prior HVAC, building maintenance, supply or distribution experience a plus.
* Prior sales experience is required.
* Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
* Must be able to handle a high volume of calls and customer requests.
* Knowledge or ability to learn computerized purchasing receiving system is required.
* Must have strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
* Must have strong organizational skills and be detail oriented.
* Must be able to perform with minimal direction.
