Assist in the upkeep, repair, and installation of equipment used in processing and manufacturing of food products.
Design, evaluate, troubleshoot, repair and install food production equipment.
Responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, installation of machinery relating to food processing equipment, physical structures, mechanical and electrical systems.
Maintain other facility/building equipment including snow shoveling, assisting with production, and performing daily inspections of the building condition.
Must possess an awareness and understanding of how to work safely on mechanical and electrical equipment in a production environment.
Ammonia Refrigeration, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, and Computer Controls are skills that are required.

HS Diploma, and/or Technical School Training two years, and/or 3 to 4 years related experience, and/or licensed journeyman of a skilled trade
MUST have refrigeration experiences (CFC or EPA certification)
HVAC certification a plus
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, mechanical and electrical schematic diagrams
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Pay and Schedule:
$20-$27/hour DOE
Hours range between 3am and 9pm, 8-10 hour shifts, 40-50 hours/week, must be available up to 6 days/week, 2 days off in a row guaranteed.
