Serve as a Liaison between internal clients across business units (Business Development, Corporate Finance, Division Operations, Corporate IT, etc.)

  • Understand team member constraints and provide appropriate technical solutions.

  • Participate in

cross-functional meetings to aid recurring client onboarding.

  • Seek alternate/effective approaches and provide follow-up.

    Automating real world processes using pre-existing systems such as databases, reporting & business intelligence platforms. Perform data analysis and validation activities (Extract, Transform, and Load), data enrichment;approving work products and performing testing activities. Technical writing that documents efficient, repeatable and error-free work procedures.


    Analyze technology and industry trends to determine organizational objectives, and then develop strategic plans to meet departmental, divisional, and corporate goals.


    Employ any number of project management approaches (i.e. Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, CPM, Prince2, DMAIC, Six Sigma, etc.) to ensure on time and error-free rollouts to our clients.

    • Navigate through any political, resource, budgeting or time constraints impacting the success of our implementations.

    • Identify problems, areas of concerns, risks, and appropriate course of action to accomplish objectives.

    • Communicate with project managers regarding tasks and priorities in order to deliver projects of uncompromising quality.


    A bachelor’s degree with a course concentration of systems & technology, business & management principles is required. A minimum of 5 years field experience is required. Certification in alternative computer fundamentals can be an added benefit. Familiarity with Infor Distribution SX.e, SQL Server, Crystal, E-commerce, and/or the wholesale distribution industry a plus.
