Qualifying experience required for this position is:

· Possess a comprehensive, practical knowledge of space operations, capabilities, and operations across both ground and space systems.
· Understand space system architectures, command and control, defensive space control and the space community.
· Lead in a group environment and generate teambuilding relations with civilians, military members, and contractors.
· Work cooperatively with junior employees, peers, and leadership in multiple agencies and departments.
· Communicate complex issues both in writing and orally sufficient to prepare and present findings and recommendations, carry out actions regarding controversial decisions and implement leadership direction.
