MOBILE HOME PARK NEEDS ASSISTANT MANAGER TEAM FOR AURORA CO. TEAM MUST CONSIST OF 2 PERSONS WHO WILL LIVE ON SITE IN THE SAME HOME. ONE MEMBER OF THE TEAM MUST WORK
INSIDE AND ONE MUST WORK OUTSIDE.

INSIDE PERSON: Responsible for all office operations, which includes screening new tenants, preparing all paperwork for new tenants, responding to tenant complaints, collection of rents, posting late rents, data entry using Spectra-Real Page Software, issuing violation notices, evictions, weekly inspections of the park, preparation of weekly reports and cleaning office.

OUTSIDE PERSON: Responsible for all park maintenance, landscaping, mowing,repairing water and sewer lines, swimming pool maintenance, mobile home repairs.

FULL TIME MONDAY thru. FRIDAY 8 AM to 5 PM. On call every other week.

SALARY IS $2,400 PER MONTH PER COUPLE, PLUS BENEFITS THAT INCLUDE FREE HOUSING, FREE UTILITIES, and HEALTH INSURANCE & IRA RETIREMENT PLAN.

MUST HAVE REFERENCES, SOME DATA ENTRY/COMPUTER EXPERIENCE, VALID DRIVERS LICENSE, AUTO INSURANCE, NO DUI'S IN THE LAST 3 YEARS, NO FELONIES AND A SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER.
