Line cook applicants must meet the following:
-at least 4 years cooking experience in full service restaurants
-reliable transportation and open availability
-experience on saute and grill stations
-prep experience, the majority of our food is made from scratch in house
-ability to work calmly under pressure, and to keep busy during down times
-passion for food, willingness to hustle, and a positive attitude are a huge plus
Prep cooks, please have at least 4 years experience prepping from scratch, reliable transportation, open morning availability. Attention to detail is a must! This position also requires light dishwashing.
