The Office Assistant performs duties related to the maintenance of University of Denver financial applications relating to the P-Card program and payroll functions. The focus is on database maintenance and review of documentation submitted to support University P-Card transactions.
This is a non-benefited position not to exceed 1,000 hours in a calendar year.
Visually scan transaction documentation for errors.
Identify taxed transactions and request cardholder obtain refund.
Perform card account maintenance.
Process confidential payroll information.
Scan and Index forms to the payroll system.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of office machines including copier, printer, laptop and desktop computer.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel user.
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and communication skills
High School diploma.
Two (2) years of work experience in an office support setting.
Part-time, Monday - Friday, hours to be determined.
