Operations Manager - Field Services (Denver - South)

at our Denver South location.

Successful individuals we seek to hire have worked in the Linen and Mat Service Industry, Lawn Care Industry, Janitorial Industry, Pest Control Industry, and Food Service & Beverage Industry.

Enviro-Master's most successful Field Operations Service Managers have worked for Swisher Hygiene, Cintas, Orkin, Terminix, Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Dr. Pepper, Acme, Ecolab, American Linen, G & K, Aramark, AmeriPride, SunSet Linen & Uniform, and other service and route-oriented organizations.

If you have proven, verifiable, service management hands-on experiences in one or more of the above industries or companies, and you have successfully grown and managed a route-based business with a "get-it-done" attitude, we want to talk to you NOW!!

Job Requirements
The candidate hired will:
• Be proficient in the use of hand power tools
• Perform new customer installs
• Up-sell products and services the company offers to its customers
• Service customers when required
• Be able to lift 30-50 lbs
• Be available to work a Monday -- Friday schedule
• Properly maintain and account for inventory utilized in daily service activities
• Train field technicians in all aspects of their position
• Be proficient with handheld routing software
• Have a working level of communication in Spanish - a plus!
• Be an integral part of developing a special organization
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, problem solving skills, a dedicated work ethic, and an endless desire to provide top quality service to our valued customers!
