Hi, I'm Jess! I run Delicious Denver Food Tours, a local food tour that I launched in 2017 offering Denver visitors and locals walking foodie experiences downtown. I manage a small but mighty team of food tour guides and am looking for an organized customer service professional to take on administrative work and field guest calls/emails on the weekends.
-Notify restaurant partners of upcoming tours by phone/text/email
-Enter guest bookings online
-Field calls, emails and texts from guests and guides
-Communicate with tour guides and restaurant partners about last-minute changes
-Make/confirm restaurant reservations
-Edit and post tour photos
-Light clerical work
The right candidate will have:
-Undergraduate degree from a four-year college
-Strong communication and phone skills
-Customer service experience
-Experience with excel, Google docs, basic data entry
-Positive attitude and professional phone and email demeanor
-Your own computer, smart phone and access to Internet
Hours: Approx. 12 hours/week on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday afternoons

This is a work from home (read: your pj's) position. Every now and then you may be asked to run light errands downtown, assist (behind the scenes) with large group tours, and attend monthly team meetings in person.
