We have an opening in the operations department in our money management firm in north Denver. This is a part-time position that will typically be 3-5 hours during the middle of the
day, and does have some flexibility. The position will require an individual who has excellent customer service skills, is detail oriented and has excellent follow-through. Experience with financial markets is helpful but not necessary. The position will require multi-tasking and a person who is eager to learn, professional, flexible, analytical and process oriented.

Good with numbers.
Sound written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to balance, prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
Experience as a transfer specialist or account rep is a plus.
Ability to work inside of Microsoft Excel.

Primary Responsibilities:
Primary Phone coverage.
Process account opening and closing paperwork.
Working with clients and custodians to take care of service issues.
Scanning and account documentation.
Ability to balance, prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
Following up on service issues.

Job location is Northglenn/Westminster area.

Compensation depending on experience.
