• Must have excellent technical and practical knowledge of Sipa or other blow molding equipment.
  • Bachelor’s degree, and preferably an advanced degree in a field of specialization, and 6+ years of related experience or
comparable experience with progressively expanding responsibilities.
  • Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of principles.  Has detailed knowledge of several areas within the function.
  • Must be able to apply analytical thinking and problem solving in completing assignments that are varied in nature and requires unique solutions.
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with various groups of employees and managers across departments, both individually and in team settings.
