-The Director is responsible for the total operation of the dining service department but is assisted by the on-site chef
-The department will be operated within established objectives, standards, policies and procedures, utilizing the principles of Morrison.
-The department will also be managed in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the food service management agreement and all appropriate federal, state, and local regulations.
-Weekly tasks may consist of, but are not limited to, the monitoring the department financials, conducting department audits, participating in resident care conferences, completing weekly, monthly and quarterly resident nutritional assessments, participating in community meetings, and in-servicing department staff.

-B.S. Degree in Dietetics or related field of study -- CADE accredited program preferred
-Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) desirable
-Supervisory experience desirable
-Experience in long term care community settings is desirable
-ServSafe® certified desirable
-Must be able to successfully pass criminal background check (Federal & State) and drug screening

Compensation: Salary Range: $55,000-$60,000 salaried position plus benefits
