A private firm in downtown Denver is looking for a Receptionist to support their busy office. This position is primarily responsible for acting as the first point of contact for incoming calls,
clients, and customers. The ideal candidate must have an extremely professional demeanor, excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• First point of contact for the office
• Meet and greet customers and assist with their needs
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Order office supplies as needed
• Book conference rooms
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• General office duties such as filing, copying, faxing and scanning
• Maintain the front office

Requirements:
• 1-3 years in a corporate office setting
• Previous front desk and reception experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must
• Customer service experience in dealing with many phone calls
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Professional attitude and demeanor
