Responsibilities may include:
Answering phones- utilizing outstanding verbal communication skills
Distribute mail and information around office
Typing and filing
Experience in an office setting
Detailed oriented/ excellent grammar and spelling
Experience in a Front Desk, ideally on multi-line phones
Recent working knowledge of MS Office/Word/Excel
Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with all levels of clients and staff
Available upon completion of 3 months temp-to-hire period
Starting Salary- $10/HR-DOE
Weekly paychecks during the temp-to-hire process
