that helps merchants thrive in today's digital era. We are currently looking for a dedicated, multi functional, and highly motivated Administrative Assistant and Receptionist to join our team.


  • Manage showroom floor by maintaining presentation and environment.
  • Assist in customer service matters like greeting and assisting customers, attending their inquiries, and assisting them in purchasing and price quotations.
  • Perform clerical duties, including payment and recording of receipts.
  • Coordinating between departments and operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems.
  • Assist sales team on showroom floor


  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • An aptitude for understanding customer needs.


  • Education: High School Diploma/G.E.D
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Graphic Design experience is preferable but not mandatory.
  • Experience in administrative roles, especially for the retail and design industries.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, specifically MS Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is preferable but not mandatory
